General Steel operates in the field of light carpentry and has got equipments for cutting and stamping sheet and coils, for cutting and bending pipes, for welding by robots and by welding wire, brazing and TIG.From now on General Steel has facilities in the field of surface treatment of metals through the establishment, within the structure, of plants for chromium plating, galvanizing and powder coating.
Headquarters and manufacturing site is in northern Bosnia-Herzegovina, a country in constant and increasing economic development in which Eurometalnova already been operating for several years to assemble its products and in which, together with Cracco Metal Group, has decided to bring its know-how to deal with the challenges that, starting with a job of carpentry, surface finishing, assembly and packaging, arrive to the finished product.
The production site covers an area of 30,000 m2, of which 10,000 are covered, using workers from Bosnia and monitored by trained local staff and qualified Italian technicians constantly present.
Inside the company is also a laboratory for testing controls and mechanical and electrical checks.
Everything is coordinated in conjunction with the "parental" Companies of Italy to provide support as close as possible to the customer.
