This kind of treatment is obtained by putting pickled pieces into baths with zinc salts solutions with electricity passing through.

In this way, by electrolysis, the zinc is deposed on the metal.

The treatment is performed at low temperature, so it’s possible to coat also sheets with little thickness without deform them, or also sheets with little holes without the risk to close them.

To improve, it’s possible to do another treatment of tropicalization that gives to the surface a different colour.

The dimensions of the pools are 3150 x 840 x 1730 mm.

The plant is connected to a purification plant in order to follow the European Norms with all the limitations of Bosnian laws.
